Official check-in time is 2:00pm and official check-out time is 12:00nn. Early arrivals and late departures must be requested forty eight (48) hours prior and shall be subject to room availability and corresponding charges.

Booking cancellation	Standard Modification, Cancellation and NoShow Policy will be posted in the booking voucher.
Non-Smoking Policy	All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and within the hotel premises. Kindly ask any hotel representative for the designated smoking area in the hotel. A penalty of PHP5,000.00 will be charge to the guest who will not comply.
Incidental Deposit	Refundable security cash deposit of PHP1,000.00 will be required upon check-in.
Children Policy	11 years old and below is considered as a child and is free of charge in the room but not complimentary in the use of any of the facilities in the hotel, and 12 years old and above are considered as an adult, so it will be charged as an extra person payable at the hotel.
Pet Policy	No pets are allowed inside the room and within the hotel.

Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. In turn, the Hotel shall not charge the agent cancellation charges in cases of force majeure.
